Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book?
Booking is simple and depends on the type of service you’re looking for:
- One‑on‑One Training: Use the booking form embedded on this page (powered by Square). Select your service, choose a time that works for you, and complete payment securely—all without leaving our site.
- Group Classes: Click the “Reserve Your Spot on Eventbrite” button. You’ll be redirected to Eventbrite, where you can purchase tickets and receive instant confirmation.
No matter which option you choose, you’ll get an email confirmation right away with all the details you need.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. If you are not in a group class, then you may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior. We are unable to reschedule group classes.
What if my dog's reactive?
We do work with reactive dogs regularly in one-on-one training sessions. Reactive dogs are permitted in group classes on a case-by-case basis.
Where do sessions take place?
One-on-one sessions are normally held at your home or a pet-friendly location. Group classes are held at a number of locations.
How do I prepare for my first session?
Fill out your contract and survey before your first session. Please have your dog on a leash and have a supply of bite-sized training treats handy.
Do you train puppies?
Of course! We have special programs catered specifically to puppies and first-time pet parents.
What kind of equipment do you use?
We use flat collars, martingale collars, harnesses, and sometimes head halters.
